Your information
Enquiry privacy policy
Updated 17 September 2026
This policy explains how Bricks & Mortar Properties handles personal information collected through our website enquiry forms, including requests for a UAE property call.
What we collect
We collect the information you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, property interests, indicative budget, buying timeframe, preferred callback time and time zone. We also record your contact consent and campaign labels attached to the page link, so we can identify which advertising led to an enquiry. Website and form providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and browser information for security and spam prevention.
Why we collect it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange a call, discuss relevant property options and manage follow-up about your request. Providing your details is voluntary, but without the required contact information we cannot arrange a callback. Please do not include passport details, bank account details or other sensitive documents in a form.
How your enquiry is handled
Website form submissions are processed by Netlify and sent to our business email inbox. Netlify and our email service provider process information to deliver these services. Our team may access your enquiry in Australia or the UAE, and technology providers may process information overseas, including in the United States.
If your request would benefit from an introduction to a property or finance partner, we will discuss that introduction with you before passing on your contact details for that purpose. Submitting this form is consent to contact about your enquiry, not a subscription to unrelated marketing.
Your choices and requests
You can ask us to stop follow-up, request access to or correction of your information, or request deletion by emailing info@bricksandmortar.properties. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute. Please contact us if you have questions about how long your enquiry is retained.
Privacy concerns
Send any privacy concern or complaint to info@bricksandmortar.properties, explaining the issue and how you would like us to respond. We will consider your request and reply. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner about available complaint options.
Other services and updates
This policy covers our website enquiry forms. Instagram, Meta and external websites have their own privacy policies. Avoid sharing sensitive information in the website chat. We may update this page when the enquiry process changes.
